When the app cannot even register where you are... That's a red flag. It isn't my GPS, it's the app. It's always a body of water. This makes it very difficult to plan ahead or understand pricing etc. And then when do find a charger you need to manually scan or put in the number to get the details. How is that helpful for planning?

Horrible App, horrible company. Downloaded to use one of their chargers, can only use by pre-funding your account. I put in the suggested starting amount of$25, more than enough for the one charge up I needed, but then this app declined to let me charge because $25 was not enough to start charging, the least I could add was $20, so after putting in $45, then the charger didn't even work! There's no direct customer servic either. The auto-refill option stays on no matter what you select too!

Andy, on 8/17 we pushed an app update that addresses all the issues you encountered. App is horrible! Needed this to charge at Disney. Kept telling me I needed to add funds even though my account had more than enough to get the job done. UPDATE: The team contacted me about my experience and truly seems to care about the app and customer experience, actively took my feedback and helped with my account. It may have been a rough start, but certainly going to give them another chance.
