halftime, it tells me I'm not a user, and it locks my account. runs slow, won't open on mobile internet, forgets your biometrics whenever it wants, has inconsistent information, when your biometrics fail it, ask for your pin and tell you accounts locked even if you put everything in right. and it will let back into your account with creating a new password but doesn't let make a new password, so every time you want to get on, you have to make a new password

Although the format is completely different from the previous COFC app, I have no complaints on function. I can still do everything on here I was able to do before. My only complaint...maybe it's just me and others enjoy this??...I don't like being able to see my checking account and routing numbers so easily displayed. I think that information should be a little more "covered up" than just a left swipe on the screen.

When the app is functioning correctly, it works great. However, for months now, it will randomly give me a server not responding message, and I won't be able to get into it for several days at a time. It's happening too frequently to be caused by maintenance. For example, I haven't been able to access my account since Thursday. It's now Sunday. Update: In response to the developer, if you haven't been having problems, then how do you explain the dozens of reviews that all have the same issue?
