Ratings and reviews

This app is painfully slow—feels like using a computer from the 80s. Pressing the tick button takes seconds to respond, making it unclear if it worked. Pressing again causes it to untick later. Submitting data is just as bad. Even when everything is filled, it says data is missing. Refreshing loses some entries, forcing re-entry. A complete waste of time. If I could give zero star, I would, but Google forces at least one.

11 minutes to record the temperature of 10 fridges.. this has to be the world record of terrible. The app is laggy,it stops for no reason, overwrites temperature even though it has been programmed not to. Do not understand how anyone will feel please with their work and someone else happy to sell it to customers. Get a new job, I am looking for kitchen porters if you need..

The worst app I've used for hospitality compliance. The notifications are inconsistent, don't always show up. Progress on particular checks are not synced, meaning you can check something off and the app will refresh your page and wipe your progress. This app has a lot of potential, the website is okay, but the app is horrendous.
