With CHECK HACCP, the data that requires documentation no longer needs to be documented manually with paper and pen. Using the CHECK HACCP app and a Bluetooth-enabled core temperature sensor, all recorded data is stored digitally in the CHECK CLOUD in Germany. This saves time and money and gives those responsible the opportunity to see what is happening in real time and take action if necessary. With the CHECK HACCP app you can also record hygiene documentation using photos and automated action options.

You can now generate a collected HACCP report on all critical control points within seconds with the push of a button.

With CHECK HACCP you lay the foundation for a central CHECK CLOUD service offering. In the next few months, additional products for tracking food and its equipment, as well as interfaces to devices such as combi steamers, dishwashers and cooling units, as well as to your kitchen management software, will be expanded.
