NOTE: This review is for the paid slot booking service, not the app. I used their Personal Assistant service and they delivered exactly what was promised — a visa slot booked within a month. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and they even flagged issues with my account so I could fix them. I don’t think I could have done this alone. Highly recommended!

this app is a scam. Paid subscription but never got a slot. it was mentioned that for 6 months duration, we can choose the alert period, in 60 day subscription, this is not practically possible. do not recommed. consulate also started to track the people using bot for slot tracking and booking and deactivating their usvisaimmigration profile and the slots booked like that. stay away.!!

Excellent is an understatement! Kudos for developing a crowd-sourcing platform to take on the growing number of agents who charge for slot booking. Higher the number of users using this, more the participation, and more people will benefit. I found the desktop version a tad more responsive though. Also, for a fraction of the price paid to an agent you can get timely alerts and notifications. Not only get your own slot but also feel good that you genuinely helped others too.
