Ordered from SUTD. Order was missing my desert, I tried to raise the issue to customer service but the only way to do so was to call instead of email or leaving feedback. Tried to call and no one picked up. Food is decent but can be quite expensive, especially without prime.

ordered food at St. Andrews Secondary School. the original time for pickup was 12.25. food hasnt arrived at 12.52. my order was erased from the machine and i have not received a refund. many others have also contacted customer service and it is not helpful. please fix this.

great and innovative. the serving is just right. the food is quite good and filling! the app is easy to use and tells you how long the food is ready for pickup. this is one of the best vending machine placed on God's green earth! 👍👍👍
