Great bank, nice people, customer- centric, many online banking improvements over time. I guess everyone has their own experience but I haven't had any issues depositing, or transferring between accounts, or making payments. There are some features that aren't available in the app that you can only get to by logging in via web browser, but that's not a huge deal to me. I'd like to see improvement in adding external accounts to make inter-bank transfers a more pleasant, faster experience.

This app is one of the reasons I'll be closing my buisness account with Chelsea. One failed log in attempt locks you out until you reset your browsers history (cookies). Frequent bugs force me to reinstall the app on my galaxy s21. Latest issue was the app crashing when trying initialize the camera. Chelsea Groton has very weak online banking utilities in general. My other bank (NavyFed) gives me much better tools for web banking.

Try to pay bills using the app on an android note 20 for months now and doesn't view it correctly. The screen seems to grow, and everything runs off screen. Called main office with no results. Time to look for another bank that has a better handle on there products.
