About this app

The Cheshire West and Chester app provides an easy way to report faults and issues on the highways, streets and green spaces across the borough. It also provides quick and easy links to other Council service areas such as waste and council tax.

From street lights not working and blocked grids to fly tipping and graffiti, help us to keep the streets, roads and parks of our borough clean, tidy and safe.


Log a report in four easy steps.

1. Pinpoint the location on the map

2. Take a photo of the fault

3. Select a category and provide more information

4. Submit


Your report will be immediately sent to the relevant service to deal with. We will keep you updated on progress.


Using the app, you can also set up a Direct Debit to make paying your council tax simpler, report a missed bin collection, request a bulky item to be collected and much more…

Ratings and reviews

The app is ok although it sometimes files duplicate requests and the pin on the map is often not at the current location, even though the blue spot is at the correct location. BUT CWAC simply don't say on the reports which makes the app's only use showing how poor they are at dealing with issues, although I suspect nobody reviews that...

Nice in principle but poor in application. No ability to interact with reports. Issues uploading a delayed mode picture. Tickets can be closed and reallocated despite the issue not being rectified after several months.

Used to work OK, if a little clunky. Now won't open on my device. Tried reinstall. Updated to new version, but still can't use it. Google Pixel 8
