Horrible experience with Cilory's customer service! I returned an untried kurta with all tags intact, including the plastic security tag. The courier verified everything during pickup. Yet, Cilory claimed the tag was broken and rejected my return. My only mistake was that I didn't take a photo during return pick, this helped them in shifting the blame to the customer, cuz they wanted to reject the return. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed. Would advise others to shop on Myntra instead

the experience was fine . they handle the customer nicely . but they do not pay attention in some updates related to delivery and all . but overall experience was good . they attend the customer call and talk nicely.and resolve the problem

I chose this app for next-day delivery, but after placing the order, it showed 5–7 days. Support casually said the 1-day promise was “just an estimate.” If that’s the case, don’t advertise it so boldly. Misleading customers and shifting blame isn’t acceptable. Very disappointed.
