Please do not spend your money trying to rent a movie from this app. When I finally found a way to actually get a movie to play on my TV, the absolute best we could get was 480p. I ended up having to rent the movie a second time from YouTube where it worked flawlessly. Cineplex - if you're going to offer a product, please make it functional. As is, it feels like you're stealing money for something that's unusable. I promise you, no Cineplex employees use this store.

New app still doesn't allow casting to TV directly from the app. It does now have both 10 seconds forward and backward buttons, but I'm annoyed that the new app doesn't have the ability to download for offline viewing. I bought a movie - I should be able to watch it without an internet connection. Please add that capability.

Will not cast to my Roku. Very frustrating. Difficult to make purchases. No longer able to make purchases with Cineplex points. We can still watch previous purchases using phone or tablet, but we were hoping to watch them on our TV.
