About this app

Your company needs to have an account with Circuit for Teams to use this app, go to https://getcircuit.com/teams to signup or email sales@getcircuit.com to book a demo.

Circuit is a route planner which creates the quickest possible delivery routes, saving you more than 60 minutes per day and getting you home faster than relying on your favourite navigation app alone.

Tell Circuit where and when to start your route, add the list of stops you need to make, and Circuit handles the rest. It’ll decide the order that avoids traffic, prevents backtracking and means you’ll finish your delivery route significantly earlier.

Circuit helps you complete your deliveries faster throughout the day. Once your route has been planned, easily access the address and extra information you need to quickly make the delivery, such as the gate code, special delivery instructions, or the recipient’s name. And, with a single tap, Circuit works with your favourite navigation app.

Circuit delivery route planner provides estimated arrival times for multiple stops on your planned route, and these estimated arrival times are automatically updated as you make deliveries. Whether you're behind or ahead of schedule, the arrival times will always be up to date.

If you’re behind schedule, re-optimize the remainder of your route to avoid traffic where possible and arrive on time and within the stop’s delivery time window.

Users driving delivery routes save themselves multiple hours every day by optimising the order of their route’s stops with Circuit.

Circuit comes with a 14-day free trial. After the free trial is over, you can choose from one of our subscription plans. You can uninstall at any point during the free trial and will not be charged.

I'm missing a very important option: a resource to create a database of clients. Every day when you type the same clients visited during the week it is like the first time. The app doesn't know or learn itself. You can't import the library of clients created on Google Maps, for example. I know you can share them, but it takes much more time when you have a long list (forget spreadsheet!). If the app has a personal library where you can select places known for the route, it could be excellent.

Good app. I'm sure its good for generic delivery services. I have a fleet of ice cream trucks and I need path driven routing more than stop driven. I'm still trying to find a way to make it work for me because, like I said, it IS a good app for the most part. I just need to add 300 stops to fully cover 60 streets. The admin dashboard needs A LOT more control and features but the driver end is SUPER simple. Support needs A LOT of work, but it is a pandemic so they get a pass on that one.

The app has a bad habit of misplacing adress nodes, sending the driver on wrong routes and wasting a lot of time. This week it did it for 3 out of 53 stops. Update 2025: Over time the interface has gotten increasingly convoluted, making tasks more complicated and time consuming. Lately the browser interface has not allowed me to do something as simple as pasting spreadsheet data. Shouldn't an app get better and easier to use over time? Someone is making a lot of bad decisions.
