Unable to use Samsung default keyboard or any keyboard when installed inside Samsung secure folder. I keep my banking apps installed in secure folder just to isolate from malware and other things. But this Citibank app is so poorly developed, every update creates issues and makes it less secure. All these guys will say is "drop us an email". Won't even read your review and say "will look into it". Just see developer response soon in this review.

Every single transaction that needs authorising fails the first time, requires the vendor transaction to time out, and then eventually works when I do it again. It's infuriating! Edit, now they removed the ability to confirm a transaction via the app. Only SMS, on a card used by frequent travellers(WHO WON'T HAVE THEIR SINGAPORE SIM). The lack of thought that goes in to this app is stunning

Update: Keyboard issue is fixed now. Lose out a star because of slow turnaround time to fix this. Precedent issue: If I can give zero ratings I would. Can't use Google keyboard as it detected unapproved keyboard. Come on, its from Google! Can't change to app default keyboard so can't key anything in the app. Two thumbs down. 👎👎 Update: No response after sending email as instructed. Gosh!!!
