So the app promises a lot but deliver so little, the option for setting pick up time or determining arrival time is useless as the app will keep changing it without regard to the user, when making a request the waiting time in most of the cases is inaccurate as the drivers won't move to pick up location upon request, sometimes the driver will stand still for more than 10 min and won't even answer when u try calling..... The 2 stars is for ease of the app and Secondly it is cheap and clean

The 2 stars is for cleanness only, but apart from that you can never depend on the driver to come on time. If it's going to keep doing that there's no point for booking a ride in a specific time. Another thing the Google maps they use is very poor and it's takes you in a very long way to get to your destination. Some driver never listen to you, and they keep following it even if you know the route. Some drivers specially in the night they accept the ride but they're sleeping in the car.

The pickup time keeps getting delayed everytime I book a trip until it got delayed for 1 whole hour! Also, other thing I noticed is that I was the only person who booked for the trip and the driver was suppose to pick me up but another person booked after me and he went to pick them up first??? This is totally unacceptable
