Bummer. All this money spent on what? The streams take forever to load. The camera does not reliably record motion or other issues. Trying to navigate through app to view videos is beyond painful. Slow to load, if it ever does. Screen locks all the time and have to restart app. This should just work. It's not really usable.

WOW. We have been using Clare cameras for a couple years and they have never failed us. The older app always worked for me but others in our family sometimes had trouble navigating. This new app is a complete overhaul and works great. Easy to add cameras/NVRs, intuitive, and simple. I downloaded the app, opened it, tapped the plus button, and it somehow just found all of my devices.... AWESOME!!

Setups very easily and seems to work well. However, thumbnails are not showing up till after you view the recording which makes finding an event a VERY TEDIOUS process. Basically unusable. There is also no ptz control. For a camera app in 2022 to not have ptz control is mind boggling. We really need a timeline scrubbing feature to see recordings too.
