Can't open the app from my home screen as it says the app isn't installed. Every time I want to use it I have to search for it on the store and access from there. Also annoying that you can't set it to open at the page of the gym you want and have to go through multiple steps to get to the timetable. Unnecessarily complicated

My experience has been horrible. It takes ages to confirm making me lose my place in the classes and what I noticed that it showed available and the when I booked I was put on waiting list. U have to search for location and when u do if u get out of it, it doesn't save your search. For each appointment u need to do the whole search again. Is so frustrating cos I'm taking so much time to look for one single class and book it.

Serves it purpose but could be better. After viewing a class, it takes you back to the every gym in the country page, not the page you were just on, so you then have to start from scratch to search your club again. No way to search club from favourites? Would be great if it was more user friendly
