I'm giving it a 1 star even though the claw game is legit, and I've actually won a few items. But I also won over 100k coins and decided to buy myself some items from the mall section on the app. This was in February and its now July. I've sent tickets in and spoken to customer service, and I never hear anything from them. Now the Mall section is no more, I've still not received my items, nor have I heard from customer service. So they've basically stolen 100k worth of tokens from me.

They finally sent my item that was supposed to be shipped over a month ago. Thanks, I guess. Anyways I spent close to $80 on this claw app/game and won like a dozen prizes. I'm not sure if it's luck or skill based, because the claw would open up once it reaches the top & proceed to drop your plush. I've won about 12 seals plushies though (received 3 of them, sent a friend one, and waiting on the others) and they're all very high quality, at least compared to the one I had ordered off Temu.

I personally disagree with Timothy Leutboundshou, claw eden is a great game itself, but it's being used by so many people and the claw gears just need to be tightened! If claw eden could do that, I would personally give it a 5 star rating! Back to my review It's a fun game to play and you can get coins by gathering up your dailies! You can also get coins by playing the mini games or using the claws with coin options! the toys are super cute and it was perfect for the free shipping(until now)
