I entered all the information correctly and it just sat there spinning as if it was loading for over 15 min. I tried Wi-Fi. Without wifi. Uninstalling and reinstalling. Waste of time.

Use a filter on your fields. Make the drop downs actually work. Don't shade out the upload choices. Don't make me take a picture when I already did, give me the choice to upload from gallery. Vultures. You would be obsolete if we had universal health coverage instead of you people and insurance companies profiteering from misery of others.
