Clive: Click & Live, the new way to rent and advertise your home without leaving the sofa, at your workplace or while having a drink on a terrace.

You can publish and reserve your home from your mobile avoiding abusive commissions from agencies.

How does it work?

Too easy. You register on the platform and fill in your data so that we can verify that it is you.

If you are an owner:

From your profile, switch to owner mode and publish from your mobile or tablet in 5 simple steps without the need for a computer and wait for the reservation to arrive. Once it arrives, you will have up to 48 hours to see the profile of the person who has reserved the property for you and thus be able to decide whether to accept or reject the tenant's request. If you accept, a chat opens and you can finalize the rental details. Otherwise, the signal is automatically returned to the tenant.

If you are a tenant:

You have an infinity of filters and modalities to refine your search: By free text, city, map, price, special pet, length of stay and entry dates, availability date and endless possibilities. If you see a flat and you like it, you can reserve it directly from your mobile by following a few simple steps. If the owner accepts your request and a chat will open so you can talk, meet and sign the contract or whatever you agree on. If the owner rejects your request, you will be reimbursed in full within 24 hours.
