Absolutely the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use. It started off okay but the first time I used some of my points to pay for a meal, it went completely downhill and I was unable to load points for any subsequent visits (usually on a weekly basis). The app needs completely rethinking and fixing so that it accepts and loads the points we have earned spending our hard earned money and this should happen the first time of trying! Useless app.

Unable to load points. The screen greys-out and gives no option to add, only to close. The email address shown in the contacts is no longer active so no support available. The food at The Horseshoes was great, but don't expect to be able to collect your points as the app doesnt work

This is possibly the worst app I've used. Slow and unresponsive. I have not been able to add any receipt numbers for our last visit. Contact details don't seem to exist. I probably won't bother with it again. A reward scheme this bad has a counterproductive effect on the businesses signed up to it.
