Ratings and reviews

Totally worthless app. 2 factor authentication is broken so there's about a 1 in 10 chance you'll get the code to log in and a very high chance the code you do get will be an expired one(if you even get one) and won't be able to log in. can't link to other banks either because it tells me my password is wrong even though it absolutely is correct. Also the app is unituitive and awkward. it's like everything that could be wrong with an app is wrong.

although the app is helpful and functional and convenient ... the updates to your account seems excessively slow given what electronics and computing are capable of ... think more frequent account updates would make it better ... couldn't tell if my pay was deposited till the following day which was a little frustrating ... but assuming thats something between bank system and app ... id give it 5 stars if accounting could be more frequently updated daily ...

coastal1 is the worst bank possible . honestly sure I mess up and things happen and damn can I control how your bank takes money out of my account and how long it takes for you guys to process I've had it for 10+ years and it's horrible the service , the rates the cost the everything with them you get overdraft protection and still get 35$ charged the time it does happen banks trash.
