Ratings and reviews

Easy to use and very informative. However. Starting to lose trust as now, when I buy, sell or trade, it isn't accurate live pricing. And always in coinbase favor. Never mine, so im converting higher than the true live price and losing and on the other end, when I was to sell, getting a higher loss as the price is lower than the live price. This is disappointing.

Edit: To whoever responded, there's no way to access that link when you can't sign in -- Original: There's something wrong with the app. Yesterday it signed me out, and it wasn't until I uninstalled it and tried going through the browser that I was able to access my account. There's no way to call or email customer service without being able to sign in, which I couldn't do from the browser for a while either.

I am an app trader. So I need the app to work properly. After the countless updates starting mid 2025 the app has been incredibly buggy. I've had to close and reopen the app every time I want to use the app. The advanced trading has gotten the worst of it. More often than not. The charts are unavailable or buggy making it impossible to trade. I will be switching to another exchange, probably Kraken.
