Ratings and reviews

This app is useless. I installed it 2 weeks ago and went through the account creation and verification process. Then the add payment process, which took a bit of time as the app needed a few minutes to verify this. Those few minutes lasted a while, OVER TWO WEEKS!!! and no further forward. So I'm deleting this app and looking forward to using a better one.

Can't cash out on this app, have invested a large amount. This must be some sort of scam. They take all the fees, yet can't cash the crypto. I did a search on Google and it seems many have the same issue. Returned to my wallet after login into customer services, to find my crypto assets gone. That is £15k of assets, they are still registered in the history of being paid for. I have screenshots of this crypto and prices.

I've been experiencing issues with the passkey stored in Samsung Pass. Unfortunately, the app fails to sign in using that passkey, which has been quite frustrating. Additionally, there's no option to export the passkey from Samsung Pass to another account, limiting my flexibility. I hope these issues can be addressed in future updates to enhance the user experience. Update: the issue has been fixed
