Color by Numbers 是斯德哥尔摩 Telefonplan 塔楼的永久性灯光装置。使用此应用程序，您可以更改塔中灯光的颜色。塔高72米，共20层，其中前十层为数字填色。在方圆十多公里的斯德哥尔摩大部分地区都可以看到灯光装置。
