At first, I couldn't create an account. The app would always say service degradation, I contacted customer service, and they fixed the app and software. It works great and is good for being used as a muscle stim. Just be careful when you use it because I tried it on my forearm and was wearing two rings and a fitbit. But overall, the app is quick and efficient, the devices connect via Bluetooth at good speed, and don't have any trouble while charging.

I've had this SmartPulse TENS unit for 3 weeks. The initial set up was a little confusing, clearer instructions are needed. But after that, it has been great. The app has been stable, I've had no issues with connection. The user interface is pretty basic and a little clunky. Everytime you go in, you have to press a lot of buttons to get started. Development team, please add a memory feature (favorites or remember last session) so you can start with 1 button press. And change the +/- to a slider.

A problem is that you can't restart the app and thus engage the electrodes remotely, thus voiding an important aspect of having remote activation. Once your set time has ended, the electrodes turn off. This happens after a certain amount of "ended times" elapse takes place. No problem unless it's on a hard to re-engage electrodes placement such as areas of the back and shoulders. I almost gave 3 stars due to the fact that it's nigh on impossible to create an account. I'm using as a guest!
