Ratings and reviews

I've had an account for several years but the app doesn't let me log on with the same username and password or email and password that works fine on the website, even after going through the process of resetting my password entirely. I'm also not sure why I can't remove my default nameless kid who I added to my account years ago, but I can add new kids endlessly? Seems weird not to have an edit or remove option. I'll stick with the website for now I guess.

The app is clean and the registration process is smooth. However (and a BIG however)., they want to charge $3.99 as a monthly subscription to read reviews. I'm not willing to go behind a paywall and lock in to a subscription service for reviews. Reviews are readily available online, and the app doesn't add enough value to justify any subscription.

great resource, however, I'm not sure why they bother asking for "ways to watch" preferences but then primarily suggesting things to watch on services not selected. not really great for finding movie suggestions unless you already know what you want to watch.
