Ratings and reviews

The banking app is ok. I just think it's a pain to have to enter your password to transfer money internally from checking to savings. That's dumb. I entered a password to gain access to my account I shouldn't have to enter it again to transfer money internally. For an external transfer it's understandable but not internal.

This app is great and helps make banking much more convenient. My only issues with the app are that there are a lot of times where I log in and am told that the app is not working/under construction/etc. Also, I own an iPhone and each time I attempt to update the app, it begins to download but then stops and says that it is not able to download. I'm not sure if this is an issue with my phone or the app, or a combination of the two. Other than that I've had a positive experience with the app.

It's an easy app to use. Everything needed right at your fingertips. I can check balances, transfer internally and between external accounts. I can remote deposit. And, I haven't had any breaches.
