You only have to enter your username and password to obtain information about your accounts / cards and perform the following operations:

• Consultation of the operations carried out: recharges, transfers and payments at the point of sale
• Credit card transfers and payments (available according to the contracted Plata Servitebca program)
• Activation of notification services via email and SMS
• Online issuance of reports and graphs on the operations carried out

Estoy en el extranjero y no tengo acceso a la aplicación, el error es "Tu solicitud no pudo ser procesada, intenta más tarde". Así van varios días y no puedo ver ningún detalle, tampoco por web. Pésimo servicio.
