Title: Disappointing Experience - Avoid This App! Rating: 1/5 "I downloaded the Confirm Ticket app expecting a seamless ticket booking experience, but unfortunately, it's been a nightmare! The app is slow, buggy, and constantly crashes. I've tried booking tickets multiple times, but it always fails. The user interface is also cluttered and confusing.

They showed 87% and 76% possibility for my tickets both(different journey) not confirmed. They charged extra for this which the did not refund. There main business is get exta money by showing increased chances of booking confirmation and charge for full refund, they keep both type (extra charges) of money and ticket wlll ultimately cancel with basic fare refund. So we give them the extra money for nothing. Making fool of us.

What a super travel app, but the main sad part is that, from the main menu -> the calendar button, you don't see red, orange & green dots confirming the ticket availability status on that date (like in ixigo). You have to click on each date, to know ticket status, which is really really cumbersome, since time is money & you may loose booking confirmed tickets by a whisker 😢 A second request is to change icon colour from green to orange, acknowledging the major religion of this country.
