About this app

Through RoomPlan 3.0, the robot will propose cleaning plans customized to the type of room and floor in your home. You can connect and control the robot with your Smartphone. It allows you to select between its different cleaning modes, the suction power, the flow level of the scrubbing mode, program it once or several times a day, check its status, the battery level and the cleaning history. In addition, you will be able to view the map of your home as the robot performs cleaning tasks. You will be able to save more than one map, interact with the robot and the map, restrict areas, send the robot to clean a specific area or create cleaning plans suited to your home and your needs.

In advanced mode, I keep getting a message "no brush installed" followed by another one "pet brush installed", with a checkbox to "do not show this again", that apparently does nothing, because I keep getting these two messages in sucession. Was told to send an email, got a first reply asking me to send screenshots and then ceased replying

The app is very bad. Constantly loosing connection to the robot, loosing the map, and we need to draw boundaries all the time. And wen we do it, in the most of the time eather we can't becouse the app is so slow and forget what we are trying to do, or it demand a mininum 30 minutes of trying to put the boundaries!!! I am so disappointed of that app. The robot is very good, but the app is not!!!

I regret buying perhaps the most incompetent machine (CONGA 8090) from the most incompetent people ever. If you buy their machines, you may forget about ever getting spare parts such as filters, brushes...etc, THEY DO NOT DELIVER, NOT EVEN WITHIN SPAIN! The software is a joke, just as bad as their after-sales support; it is rare to find such a lousy pack of incompetent people!
