Great Service, Lousy App I don't see the point of an app that only works upon setup but fails to recognize your password afterward. I changed my password several times before I realized I wasn't at fault. Apps are supposed to make handling ones business convenient. That is NOT this app. Thank God I carried a personal laptop. Otherwise, I would've been forced to use the public desktop in my hotel's business center. It is not exactly secure and not convenient. I'm deleting this app asap.

This app and company as a whole are horrific. I've been trying to login now for 5 months. Account is locked. Password reset doesn't work, find account name doesn't work. They don't answer the damn phone. Advisor is no help whatsoever. At least with Valic I could log in and check my balance, now I have no idea how much money I do or don't have. Stupid me for signing up for e-statements. Bunch of f'n crooks if you ask me.

app not working. log in issues constantly. So incredibly frustrating! Give me access to my financial information! app crashes like this economy. Haven't been able to log in in days!!! FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
