last review was a 1 star but it's been 3 years and my company still uses this app and there is no option for less than 1 star so just in case anyone thinks it may have improved in 3 years . it hasn't

Just completed the update with this mobil app on yesterday and now I can't even get login to the app th send messages to staff. This is a huge inconvenience!
