Pois é. Esses bancos digitais, que proliferam por aqui, sem nenhuma capacidade de atendimento decente ao cliente, é uma praga que só tem espaço neste país! São uma desgraça! Vendem empréstimos consignados e embutem um cartão que você não pediu e o idiota do cliente ainda tem que pagar por manter um cartão QUE ELE NUNCA RECEBEU!! Só neste país ERRADO! PUTZ!

Recebi o cartão e simplesmente n consigo desbloquear pq o app está fora do ar a mais de uma semana, ligo o central de atendimento e lá n fazem o desbloqueio. Simplesmente horrível! Muito insatisfeita c essa falta de respeito.
