Ratings and reviews

Why is it so hard to make a decent Cribbage game? I have yet to find one I like. This one has a clunky interface, show processing, terrible artwork (the card faces are difficult to read), and every game is clearly predetermined - I can tell within the first 3 hands who's going to win. I've literally done this with 100% accuracy in every game I've played. On the plus side, you get lots of 30 second breaks from their awful artwork since there's an ad after almost every hand.

This has the best features of any cribbage game I've tried. When playing with Muggins, you can review and count points for yourself, opponent, and crib. You can set skill level for opponent, and use AI to rate your selection of cards for the crib. Ads are VERY minimal. Bravo to developer. My only criticism is that the GUI is unpleasant on the eye and too wordy in Muggins mode.

I've enjoyed playing this game even more than I imagined. I've even managed to improve my overall playing skill and knowledge of the game by utilizing the tools in the game options "extras" section. It's been really helpful (to me) because; now, I'm able to make (WISER) choices while deciding which cards will have the highest possible point potential if kept in my "Hand" VS which cards would be better off being sent to "The Crib". I HIGHLY recommend this game to anyone else looking to learn!!
