About this app

Ordering app for Crowndale Foodservice.

This App facilitates quick and easy order placement by existing Crowndale account holders.

Once the App is initialised, you do not need to have an Internet Connection to compile your order or search for and add products. Obviously, an Internet Connection is required to actually submit your order.

With an Internet connection, users can see more detailed Product Specifications, larger product images and account information including a current Statement of Account and future delivery dates.

Once installed you will be able to login with your normal Account Code and Coldweb password.

What’s new

Changes to the Barcode scanner to utilise Google's AI driven scanner algorithm and instantly display matched products.

The App will now show qualifying promotional deals as part of the checkout process in the same manner as the Coldweb website. To qualify for a deal you must put the qualifying products and the reward product in your basket (think of it like a supermarket checkout).

Updated security on the credit card processing system.

Improvements to the search algorithm.
