Snap is an optional feature that works alongside Crunch’s intuitive online accounting software, enabling you to quickly and easily record your expenses by simply snapping a photo of your receipt.

Upload your photo to your Crunch Free or Pro software and the details will be captured and fed through to your Crunch account - the next time you log in, your expense will be ready for you to reconcile! Recording expenses has never been simpler!

Our Free plan allows for 15 receipt scans a month without any charge. Upgrade for unlimited uploads!

Only moderately useful. Fairly flakey at times and worst of all, even when it works as intended it doesn't do what you need it to do. Unless you have a particular shop / company preconfigured it seems to default to "entertaining". In a batch of ten entries there will be four or five that need to be changed. Worst of all even if it nails all fields perfectly you still must login to each entry and manually each one (in turn!) to a client. Painfully frustrating.

The app won't allow me to upload my receipts or take a picture of receipts through the app. I select the the receipt, then get the loading icon and then it states the receipt could not be loaded. I am using my new Huawei android phone. I have contacted crunch on numerous occasions and they have failed to find a solution. I have sent screenshot and steps. Still waiting after 2 plus weeks to get this fixed. I am a QA tester and I have tried everything possible to get this working on my phone.

Theoretically useful, but in reality fails to upload receipts more times than it's successful (often claiming network issues when that's obviously not the case). The app wastes way more time than it saves. Uninstalling until a working version is available.
