I've been using this app for years. Haven't had any issues till today. I am unable to buy/sell/trade anything. The buttons are there but they do not respond, it does nothing. I reached out to support and the general chat is asking for a screenshot of an error message but im not getting an error message. This is very fishy at a time like this. If its not resolved today, as soon as every thing is working again, I will be moving all my crypto to another platform/exchange.

I'm trying to get into the platform, but the login doesn't work. I log in, and it sends an email with no verification code. The email asks me to create an account or log in, I get sent to the login page, hit login to existing account, and it goes right back to where I started from. And there is no link to contact customer service. This app is retarded!

Hidden fees aka "the spread". When selling, all the coin prices are lower by 10 percent, so you never get market price. I have used different exchanges, and at least they have to courtesy to tell you their fees for transactions. Their support says its to account for price changes, but that's an excuse to have people buy high and sell low so they pocket the difference. Sell on other exchanges if you use this app otherwise your losing money. My 5000 turned to 4500 and that's by their design.
