Rather a waste of time. The rep wasn't at our hotel at the times given. Details of flight times are shown but not return transfer pick up time. Had to log in multiple times on both out and return journeys to try and complete online check in for flights - really time consuming and no confirmation that you have eventually been successful - you have to wait and see if you get a confirmation EMAIL with your boarding passes. Far too disjointed and unreliable.

Pretty useless app. One piece of missing information is the pickup time/location for the return journey - a very important thing ! I tried to contact them multiple times re the missing info on their "chat" facility. Never worked. Suggestion. Remove the app and get people to use the website instead, then knock 10% off our prices. Each major resort has proficient decent apps anyway

App was good a few years ago. Broke in 2020. Rarely measures distance, doesn't do speed and forget about altitude. Took many, many attempts to create a group. Overall,a waste of time and data. I got iSki instead. 2021 update: the app will now "Cannot download your booking" on either of two different phones. This is particularly unhelpful given this is how we are expected to check in and show our boarding cards. Unsurprisingly, I have had no feedback from the developers in over a week.
