The app was great ans I was able to make payments easily. It would automatically log me and I could do my busimess. But now it asks me to log in but won't allow me to enter a password. The keyboard shows when I type my email but not when I click on password. That's my only issue but it's a big one.

yeah I don't understand why I pay on the due date so I don't have any late fees. it confirms that I paid it and then two days later tells me that there's insufficient funds in my account they refunded and also charged you an additional 30 for the insufficient transaction and then they charge me every time they run my card and it doesn't go through an additional $30 but late fees or past due balance spell except as soon as I put the same card information in

Unsure what to think now. I paid with a card on the 3rd. it showed paid not returned and yet now I have a past due on my account. Its Easter I do not need this stress of what happened to the payment. If it is a card it should be automatic. Bank accounts should have a processing time as well. I had a bank issue one time with a different app.
