Unsure what to think now. I paid with a card on the 3rd. it showed paid not returned and yet now I have a past due on my account. Its Easter I do not need this stress of what happened to the payment. If it is a card it should be automatic. Bank accounts should have a processing time as well. I had a bank issue one time with a different app.

When I couldn't change my password on the "regular" website I was able to change it on this app - thus the one star. Apparently the app only allows payment for one storage area at a time, so I went back to the "regular" website to do the remainder. I ended up paying twice for one unit. The system finally indicated the double payment. It's a good thing that these folks aren't in the brain surgery or ballistic rocket ship business.

App doesn't work for anything useful besides knowing that it's a Cubesmart app. Credit card scanning feature can't scan, you can't change settings (including password), and payment is impossible because it claims there are "invalid credentials". Payment is impossible without going into a location or over the phone (for a fee). I'm guessing they've been hacked and all of my info is out there in the metaverse.
