worst experience. i took demo for my daughter who is in grade 4. Demo was good and i enrolled her for course and i paid ₹ 3999 first installment. They joined through jodo and everytime got cut with fine of ₹ 650 again and again in a month. if i didn't join this course why should i pay more and i demand for refund they always told its processing. if we take 10 minute to pay them. why they are taking time of 2 months. and collecting fine. i want my hard earned money back.

I paid ₹49 for a one-day demo session for Cambridge English, but I was never provided with the class link on the scheduled date and time. I tried multiple times to reach customer care, but the line was always busy. Extremely disappointing experience. This is not the level of service one would expect from a reputed platform. It felt more like “Fraud Wallah” than “Physics Wallah.” Total waste of money and time. If you Physics Wallah please refund my money.

very bad people working with alakh panday. First at the time of enrolling they said if you don't like the course you can get money back within 15 days. It's been more than 3 months since I m calling their staff and after they recieve the calls they blocked me. I emailed them ,got the response very lately and now they asked for bank details, I didn't have my passbook- I searched for it and meanwhile they queued my email. Messaged the person who asked to to share details and now he donot answer
