I. Introduction
THIS APP REQUIRES A CyclePlay HARDWARE DISPLAY
CyclePlay is your personal assistant while driving, giving you notifications about new messages and caller id, directly on your E-bike display, while not taking your attention of the road.
CyclePlay also allows you to have routing directly on your bike display, with distance and next turn action.
Clear view of remaining and traveled distance.
No more taking your attention away from the road – Safety first!

II. Permission & Policy
By using CyclePlay, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy. This Policy covers our collection, use and disclosure of your information through the Applications. It does not cover any collection, use or disclosure by third parties through any applications, products or services that we do not control or own, such as Facebook, or any third party features or services made available via an Application. All trademarks, trade names, and logos of third parties featured on the Applications belong to their respective owners. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the CyclePlay on all platforms. By installing and using the apps, you agree to this privacy policy and give an explicit and informed consent to the processing. If you do not agree, please do not install and use the apps.

1. How we use collected information
• Personal Information- since we do not collect Personal Information, we do not use your personal information in any way. All your own data on your phone so it will be stayed on your phone.

2. Location Data
Some of the apps may request your Location data for a functional purpose. We may use various technologies to determine location, such as GPS, Wi-Fi or other network-based data such as IP address. Your GPS geo-location is not accessed without your consent. We do NOT provide your Location data for advertising networks and third parties.

3. Weather Data
By enable Weather Temperature you should allow us to use your location data for getting weather information. The weather information provides by Openweathermap. Weather information will be update each time CyclePlay app connect to the Display so you no need worry about app use too much your location data.

4. User data
Your data stays on your phone. We do not collect any thing or share it publicly.

5. Android Permission
CyclePlay do require various permission within app to perform certain tasks for you. We do not access any personal data, store user data or share it publicly. All permission are declare within app according to Google play policy.

5.1.android.permission.READ_CALL_LOG, android.permission.READ_CONTACTS
We need permission for getting caller's information (phone number and name) then send it to the hands-free display. It's useful to notify user incoming call, missed call when phone not on their hand.

5.2. Phone notification access
We need to access phone notifications for triggering when user receive incoming sms or incoming call then notify it to the hands-free display. We do not collect any non-sensitive data and sensitive data.

5.3. android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION
In Direction feature, app need to access location because users need to know current location to calculate & find the route (when need to turn left/right in xxx meters ) then send the result to the hand-free device. So user will know how to reach to destination without using Google map on the phone.
