DCRM + stands for DICIRI CREATOR RESPONSIBILITY MANAGEMENT which is designed to manage interactions between creators and clients that occur with ongoing projects. Its main purpose is to help creators carry out daily activities. DCRM + is a form of DICIRI's Connecting Idea "Let's Synergize" which has been carried out since 2019.
The unique features presented in the DCRM + system are creating a custom KPI creator that will be used to monitor productivity, track the timeline in real time, and automate document delivery between creators.
Who should use:
1. Board of Director DICIRI
2. Project Leader
3. Creator Associate
4. Creator Incubate
5. DICIRI Finance
6. Client (Priority)
Benefits of Use:
1. Minimizing Whatsapp Group discussions.
2. Project Leader and Creator (Associate and Incubate) can focus more on the tasklist.
3. Each tasklist consists of a task brief up to the due date.
4. Each tasklist has a comment reply.
5. Realtime notification via email (turn on email notification).
6. Priority client is given a special login and is allowed to access it at any time.
7. Priority clients get access
8. Priority client can see the trend of success of the project that has been or is being executed, including the total cost that has been paid by them (client).
9. DICIRI Finance can easily measure the success of cost design starting from the production cost plan to the operational cost plan for each project.
