Ratings and reviews

This app simply stopped working for me at some point. I get the error message "SCA process cannot be created (...)" and then later an "Es tut uns Leid, dass..." error message, both messages give no hint as to what might be the problem. The old DKB app also doesn't work any more - no error message, it just goes back to the login screen. Both apps worked before.

App is not reliable e.g. you can loose access to your money if you cannot update. Thus, security is so much improved that U loose access to Ur money. No "Contact" link in the app to report problems. Errors processing like in the 1980s: " Fehler 500". Think by yourself what the hell does it mean. App is SLOW: 11s till PIN, another 10s till accounts are shown. Self-disappearing error messages are unacceptable.

The App has problems, with the standing Orders only, at least to my knowledge. I have transfed my rent by accident twice. I reported this, since I am sure there Was a programming error (I am it savy). I reported it and was just notified that I use an outdated app
