DMS helps the sales team to create, update & track leads as the application is user friendly. This application realtime allocates leads to FSC. FSC can access and update the leads on the go from anywhere, anytime. Also DMS helps in planning and managing calendar for appointments. Important communication is sent through push notifications to the FSC and to customer, thereby allowing sales team to track the customer interaction history and other relevant information. App also has learning module "My Coach" which is self learning and self correcting AI enabled and NLP based tool to help sales team to grow into best sales professionals.
