I have written my previous review out of anger so here's an updated version that isn't as attacking. The app is relatively complicated and a bit hard to use, parcel tracking isn't bad but an option to reroute or call the delivery driver so you aren't caught up in a moment where you can't pick up your parcel would be astonishing. My personal and overall experience was bad but I feel that happens to everyone at one point in life. I hope to eventually recieve that parcel though.

Unfortunately, I couldn't change the address of delivery using the app. After choosing a necessary address , the app asked me to repeat it again and again without accepting my choice. Thanks to the excellent work of DPD workers, I managed to get my parcel, but the app didn't work well this time (previously I had no problems with changing the address of delivery).

Stale pracujemy nad rozwojem aplikacji, aby była jak najbardziej elastyczna dla użytkowników. Jeśli masz jakieś dodatkowe uwagi prosimy o ich przesłanie za pomocą zakładki "Ankieta" w aplikacji.

To receive a parcel, instead of entering a code into the machine... I had to install the app, register there, and not using Google login, but come up with password, check verification letter... I was lucky, because I had to use the same mail that I used for ordering which I did. App required Bluetooth and apparently, internet connection. Also, it wasn't available in my play store account(Portugal), so I had to create a profile to download it. Not going to choose this method of delivery again.

Większość automatów daje już możliwość odbioru za pomocą kodu odbioru bez użycia aplikacji. Jeśli paczka nie została odebrana prosimy o przesłanie opisu sprawy oraz numeru paczki na dpdmobile@dpd.com.pl
