Ratings and reviews

Search results are inaccurate. Searching for "Slo Down" wines returns a top result of Skeleto Tequila, for one example. Filter options are too numerous be meaningful with over 120 different options on size alone. Even with only a few results, there are multiple interruptions from loading screens as the page automatically loads an "Other products you may like" section that appears to be the entire catalog of all selected distributors. It's frustrating and I could go on, but no space.

App crashes takes forever to load. I waited 15 minutes just for it to load so I could place my order. Placing order is to many clicks. Once I placed the order it was another 20 minutes loading. Finally just closed the app. Opened it back up to see if anything went threw it showed invoice but can't click anything till it finishes load. This is ridiculous. At least the other app was user friendly. If you don't have reps to come by or call make it easy on us.

items not described. what size, quantity, and label info. searching for products is not accurate, and too many redundant selections to actually get items to your cart.
