Let's put it this way - this is NOT your everyday banking solution. It is extremely bulky and any button you hit, prepare to wait for 3 minutes and more until you see something happen on the screen. And if you want to see your transactions for anything out of the predefined ranges, prepare to lose your patience. It is, in fact, not possible. It keeps resetting the to date to the from date, rendering it thoroughly useless. Might even be easier in a physical office, heavens forbid!

App is terrible, its constantly loading, throwing errors, at night I cannot use it at all, because it doesn't let me log in. Sometimes I have to restart it a couple of times, so that I can finish my doings with it. The history of incomes and expenses is also often mixed up and you often cannot figure out where a given amount of your money went. Overall I cannot say I'm unhappy with the bank, but the mobile app is awful.

The "quick access" doesn't work, regardless of how many updates have been done to my account. It is impossible to make a bank transfer through the app. The Token is impossible to get. Every two days there's a new error message that prevents me from seeing my balance. DSK as a whole is a terrible bank but this app is almost as bad as actually going to the bank and dealing with things in person! Highly DON'T recommend.
