About this app

TechAssist Mobile app allows Daimler Truck North America's (DTNA) Dealer Service Technicians to scan QR Codes within the Techlane web application to upload a) the failed part images using the in-app Camera and/or from the Photo Library, and b) Comments using either Speech to Text or by entering the text manually to a job line associated with a Repair Order. The content uploaded using the TechAssist mobile app is displayed in the Techlane application.
The Techlane web app and TechAssist mobile app will require a valid DTNA Portal account for login and to upload images or comments to the DTNA systems.
