worked pretty good at first then within about 2 months the app stopped allowing the wifi data to be stored in the unit so have not been able to get any information. the troubleshooting aide has not helped. now the app won't even load so I have a unit that is just beeping and nothing I can do.

After reading the horrible reviews I didn't expect much from this company. I was having issues with the app connecting to the box and emailed them. after normal business hours I got a reply and within 2 days they had the bug fixed! Thanks

very difficult to use and help menu is in Chinese. try to edit cats since they were mixed up in reporting and now can't edit. also won't let me put sex of cat.
