About this app

With a few simple steps we'll have you set up and ready to improve the security of your vehicles and have peace of mind.

We use state of the art artificial intelligence to combine your vehicle equipment, tracker and smart devices to determine if you are in your vehicle when it is turned on. So, when you begin a journey your vehicle communicates with us to start the verification process.

Using your vehicle tracker, car systems, phone sensors and artificial intelligence we start checking to ensure you are the driver of your vehicle.

If we successfully verify you are the drive of the vehicle no further action is taken and you continue your journey. If we can't verify you automatically we'll contact you immediately to verify you are the driver (in case you forget your phone) or another permitted driver is using your vehicle.

If the vehicle has been stolen or is being driven without permission we initiate our theft recovery protocols and liaise with the authorities to track and recover your vehicle.

We'll provide with your login details and then take you through some simple steps to set up your vehicle. Once set up you can have peace of mind that your vehicle is protected by D-iD.

I have the same problem as others - logs you out every time, and have to go through multiple screens, T&Cs etc. I have complained about it, but no resolution, don't really know why I am still paying for it. It isn't even useful as it would only immobilise well after the car has been stolen. I got sold this by the dealership, but wish I had ignored. Waste of time. Get a steering wheel lock instead.

App needs updated, must be annoying for the staff to keep calling people due to non responsive app issues and quite frankly doesn't seem that secure if someone steals your car. I managed after an hr or 2 finding if your clear your App data and cache it should allow you to log back in and begin the next period of use. The false alerts will become a real one day and will pass over as just another glitch. I think security should be paramount here so fix the app properly. Stefano

Since new update its even worse than before. Regardless of phone paired to car and having on me keep getting alerts. Today I had to go through the login and set it all up again. Time to go back to the fob in my pocket at least that worked until battery went flat.
