"Daesang Ingredient" is the official mobile app for digital collaboration between customers and Daesang.It provides digital services such as product search, file download, order and delivery tracking, VoC registration and inquiry, customer dashboard, and real-time chat with the manager through mobile app as the PC web environment.

◆ Product searchSearch for Daesang's products related to your industry and application, and search for products' characteristics which you are interested in. You can bookmark the product you are interested in and leave a Q&A to the person in charge. 

◆ Download filesDownload the product-related technical data files with just one-click. And download the shipping documents related to your order from your customer dashboard. Downloaded files will be managed in your download history page. 

◆ Order & Delivery trackingYou can easily check the details of your order and delivery status through Daesang Ingredient app. You will receive mobil app push notifications regarding the order or delivery status change. Also, real-time delivery location, such as vehicle or ship location, will be provided. 

◆ Contact us Registration and InquiryDo you have any questions about the product? If you leave a Q&A, the person in charge will respond as soon as possible. If you have any complaints regarding your order, please leave a C&C (Complaint & Claim) and the manager will swiftly help you with the issue. 

◆ Real-time chat with customer dashboards & managersProvides a customer dashboard that gives you a quick overview of all your work with Daesang. You can check your meeting schedule and delivery schedule through the calendar, and if you have any questions or need counseling, please contact the person in charge through the chat service.
